Almost done
We are getting to close to finishing the Exige....gas tank done..fuel pump done..transmission done...aem wideband done..hks evc done...EFI DBW amplifier done....exhaust fab done...We just have a couple little details to finish up, then it's tuning time.

Street sleeper

High peak power was not the goal of this project....the customer was after a broad drivable power band....look at the meaty torque curve for a little b16
We got the turbo civic coupe project tuned and finished up today......it's a really fun car to drive. I forgot what it felt like to have over 200ft/lbs available and 3500 rpm......at least it has an LSD transmission.
slammed
Too much work...not enough time
Got Dry Carbon??
FedEX just showed up with a shipment of expensive dry carbon fiber body panels from Reverie UK care of Sector111.com. We will be installing a rear wing, side pods, rocker panels and a front spoiler on the red Exige after we are finished rebuilding the transmission and performing some tuning.

Sitting on gold…….
We id some late night tuning on a nice RHD DC2....After fixing some ignition problems....and fixing some more ignition problems, we were able to get the car up to 350whp when we ran into issues with the fuel system. I'm sure the ar will be back some with all the issues sorted and it will end being well over 400whp...

Do work!!!!
We have been pretty busy lately.....word of mouth spreads fast. We are almost finished with the civic coupe(built b16 swap, custom turbo kit,etc....) and the dyno has been being put to use. Today we tuned a 97 civic coupe with a k24/k20 head swap...It made 221whp and 172 torque...The motor was stock with a race header and an intake.
Lazy Sunday
While my partner was up in Sacramento for CMI winter warmup, I decided to do some work at the shop to put a dent in one of the large projects at the shop. I had to remove gas tank out of the Exige and replace it with a modified(baffled) unit from Sector 111 to hopefully cure the fuel starvation issues at the track. Just an f.y.i. .....this job is not very fun to do without any people to help.
Next up for the Exige is tearing the transmission apart to replace the 3rd and 4th gears..........

Getting busy
The work is piling up...we have a Lotus Elise that is waiting for a motor to be built...Lotus Exige that is having the transmission rebuilt with a 3rd and 4th dog gear set, new fuel cell, and some new accessories for the EFI stand alone...Honda civic with a B18c that is in for cams ,valve springs, headstuds and tuning...and we also have another civic that is gettind a built B16 swap and a turbo kit. As soon as all the parts start arriving we will be finishing up these projects to make room for some new ones.
