The Fastest car I’ve ever worked on…..

Okay...So it's funny, but this is the real(and only publically owned) Delorean from the Back to the future movies. The car is owned by a family member and they have been restoring the car for the last 6 years as it was a complete wreck from sitting in a lot for a couple decades without shelter. I was called in for a little help in the tuning(meaning making run) department. This particular car sits on a modified sand rail chassis and is powered by an air cooled VW engine. It just needed a valve adjustment, carb adjustment and the point gap set correctly.
